A number of different sources have reported that Milan scouts are watching Dragusin with interest, believing he is a young and physically strong profile that could be ideal for their project moving forward.
However, Genoa signed him during the last summer window have him under contract until 2027 and thus a January sale can be pretty much ruled out barring huge bids. Milan do need a centre-back badly, but it is unlikely they will stump up the cash required next month and thus a pursuit could be postponed.
TuttoJuve.com interviewed the agent of the defender – Florin Manea – to talk in depth about the upcoming game that will see his client take on Juventus, his former team, as well as the rumours regarding a potential big move.
His name is linked to many clubs, including Milan in Italy and Newcastle, Tottenham and other big clubs in England. What can you tell us about it?
“I can say that there have been some contacts, because he is a player that several clubs like, but at the moment there are no official offers. He wants to finish the season with Genoa, then he will be focused on the European Championship with his national team. We will speak with the club and take stock of the situation, so as to understand how things can evolve.”
