The Rossoneri secured their progress to the quarter-finals of the competition thanks to Brahim Díaz’s solitary goal in the first leg as Stefano Pioli’s side stopped Spurs scoring with 180 minutes of resilience and determination.

➤ For Pioli’s Milan, it was their their fourth straight clean sheet in the Champions League. It’s their longest run, in a single edition, since 2004-05 (seven).
➤ The Rossoneri conceded only two attempts on goal to Tottenham, the second lowest this season for Conte’s side, only doing worst in the FA Cup game against Portsmouth (one).
