ANSA: Juventus docked 15 points by Federal Court of Appeals

AC Milan’s rivals Juventus have been docked 15 points after an investigation into the capital gains case, according to various reports.

According to what is being reported by ANSA (via MilanNews) tonight, Federal Court of Appeals has accepted the FIGC Prosecutor’s request to reopen the sporting trial against Juventus over falsified capital gains.

Not only that, but the Bianconeri have been handed a 15-point penalty too. The Prisma investigation is looking into the financial practices and alleged secret player payments agreed during COVID, as per ANSA.

The Federal Court of Appeals have reopened proceedings against Juventus and have decided to hand them a 15-point penalty, putting them on 22 points. However, Juventus are able to appeal this decision to the Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport at CONI.

As for the management, a two and a half year suspension has been imposed on Paratici, two years for Agnelli and Arrivabene, one year and 4 months for Cherubini and eight months for Nedved.
