Paulo Fonseca’s men bounced back from two draws with a convincing win against Empoli, conceding zero shots on target. With some important games coming up, it was a very important confidence boost and hopefully, they can continue on this path.

Taking a look at the December schedule, as published on the club’s official website, it will be a hectic month with two mid-week rounds (one Coppa Italia, one Champions League). There will be a short break for Christmas, but nothing that really affects the games as they are scheduled for the weekends before and after the holiday.

Milan’s December Schedule

Roma have been terrible at the start of this season, while Genoa and Verona are battling at the bottom of the standings as well. Crvena Zvezda have won just one of their opening five games in the UCL, losing the others.
