La Stampa: Belotti waits for Milan who choose Origi – Ibra’s retirement could change things

Andrea Belotti’s future continues to be a mystery and that is because the striker appears to be holding out for a move to AC Milan, a report claims.

According to La Stampa (via MilanNews), it is not yet clear where Belotti will play football next season because his contract is about to expire on June 30 and for the moment does not seem willing to sign a renewal to remain with Torino.

There are several Italian and foreign clubs who are interested in signing a proven goalscorer on a free transfer, but Il Gallo continues to wait for a call from Milan who are his boyhood club and the team he has always dreamed of playing for.

However, it seems that Milan are instead close to closing a deal for Divock Origi from Liverpool on what would be a free transfer but things can change in the event of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s retirement at the end of the season.
