The Champions League match against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday night is Rafael Leao’s chance to prove himself to both Milan and potential buyers again, a report claims.
As has been suggested by Milan News, the Portuguese forward can burst back into form with a huge amount of focus on him as more people will be seeing a Champions League game than Serie A games.
Considering he would presumably like to maintain the interest of clubs such as Chelsea and Manchester City in his services, a big performance at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium would definitely help.
On the flip side, he would like Milan to make a deal which meets his complicated requirements and they are more likely to do that if he bursts back into form.
He has never quite lit up the Champions League, having scored twice in 11 games in the competition, meaning he is due a big night under the lights.
