La Gazzetta dello Sport recently reported that Tresoldi wants to follow in the footsteps of Charles De Ketelaere and Ardon Jashari by swapping the blue and black of the Belgian side for the red and black of his boyhood team.

The former Hannover striker is a huge Milan fan, even wearing Andriy Shevchenko’s No.7 at Brugge. He takes inspiration from Pippo Inzaghi – but also from Luis Suarez and Rafa Nadal – and his dream is to play for the Rossoneri.

A Milan dream

His father even previously said about his desire to join Milan: “And you won’t take it away from him even if you talk to him about Real Madrid.” As mentioned, De Ketelaere and Jashari have already made the move from Brugge to Milan, so could Nicolo be the next?

Tresoldi spoke to Sportitalia after a defeat to Atalanta in the Champions League at the Gewiss Stadium, and he stated: “My dream has always been to play for AC Milan. I’m a Milan fan so I follow them a lot.”
