CM: Confirmations arrive regarding Milan’s interest in €10m+ Toulouse star – Bielsa’s Leeds also keen

AC Milan are interested in signing Toulouse midfielder Kouadio Konè with scouts having been left impressed, according to a report.

Pietro Balzano Prota reported on Twitter that Kone is among the profiles observed by Rossoneri scouts, as he is just 19 years of age but has made 17 Ligue 2 appearances for Toulouse this season so far, scoring once.

Yesterday, Fabrizio Romano of Sky Italia (via RouteOneFootball) confirmed that Milan are indeed following the young midfielder closely, and the management are in contact with his agent.

According to what is being reported by Calciomercato.com’s Daniele Longo on Twitter, confirmations have arrived that the scouting area of Milan have been very impressed by what they have seen of Konè.

Toulouse though have set an asking price of over €10m for the teenager, and there is competition from Premier League side Leeds United as their manager Marcelo Bielsa is also a big fan of the player.
