Fenerbahce have not been put off yet by AC Milan’s Rade Krunic demands and the Turkish club are ready to table a new bid for the midfielder, a report claims.

As has been reported by Calciomercato’s Daniele Longo on Twitter, there will be a fresh bid from Fenerbahce next week as they continue their quest to sign Krunic from the Rossoneri.

The original bid that the Turkish Super Lig club made was three times less than the €10-15m that Milan want to receive for a player that Stefano Pioli put a lot of faith in last season and clearly admires.

Krunic has already said yes to the personal terms that were offered by Fenerbahce, as they will actually be paying him more than Milan currently are.

That means nothing if Milan and Fenerbahce cannot agree on a transfer fee. Should Krunic leave, Lecce’s Morten Hjulmand seems to be the primary target as a replacement.
