Fenerbahce have not been put off yet by AC Milan’s Rade Krunic demands and the Turkish club are ready to table a new bid for the midfielder, a report claims.
As has been reported by Calciomercato’s Daniele Longo on Twitter, there will be a fresh bid from Fenerbahce next week as they continue their quest to sign Krunic from the Rossoneri.
The original bid that the Turkish Super Lig club made was three times less than the €10-15m that Milan want to receive for a player that Stefano Pioli put a lot of faith in last season and clearly admires.
Krunic has already said yes to the personal terms that were offered by Fenerbahce, as they will actually be paying him more than Milan currently are.
That means nothing if Milan and Fenerbahce cannot agree on a transfer fee. Should Krunic leave, Lecce’s Morten Hjulmand seems to be the primary target as a replacement.
For me as long as they get to the 8-10M mark for him you’ve got to accept because that money for a 30 year old who I know you guys love but is technically limited is good money to then invest into a guy who’s younger, better and with a higher ceiling like hjulmand
I agree. If They could get to at least 10m, Milan should accept and go in for Morten. We should be fast in negotiating with Lecce due to competition. Simon Kjear could play a roll in him signing for Milan. He is 23. A great coup for the DM. This guy will assist the defence so much.
Looking at how important is role is, he could play about 50 matches for us.
Yep, fully agreed. Especially looking at what the market has been in Turkey. Zaniolo went for 15m, you honestly cannot expect to get the same for Krunic.
Wolfsburg got 12m from psv for aster vranck.
Surely milan can get more for krunic
Aster is younger .
Vrancx is younger, Belgian international, seemingly talented. 12m is cheap for him in current market, beside that we also can buy him for that amount should we exercise the buyout clause (which we didnt)
Krunic is 30, technically limited and not on big wages. He is bound to be cheap as after 30 y.o the value of players usually plummet.
10-13m is good value.
The only disadvantage with Krunic leaving is that he knows the team better . He is experienced.A
I know he’s a lot younger.
What i meant is that vranck barely even played last season, while krunic became first choice at the later half of the season.
I’m not talking about crazy money, but around 12-15m should be enough
Take $8m, he’s trash. If not, Pioli will start his lover every single game and we’ll be forced to watch this unathletic bum slow the game down and take 3 touches before passing negative every single time
