Houssem Aouar is on an expiring contract and it looks like he won’t sign a renewal, thus set to leave Lyon in the summer. His services have been offered to AC Milan who soon will respond, a report claims.
Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are currently evaluating their options for the January window, which will depend a lot on Rafael Leao, but they are also discussing options for the summer. Aouar has emerged as one, given that his contract is expiring.
According to Daniele Longo of Calciomerato.com, the reports of the last few days are true: Aouar has been offered to Milan. The Stellar Group has been in direct contact with the Rossoneri and Maldini will provide an answer in the coming weeks.
The idea, therefore, wasn’t shut down immediately by the Milan management. Roma were also contacted by the agency and they seem keen on the idea, meaning there could be a battle between the two sides for the midfielder.
