CM: Milan agree terms with Midtjylland winger and transfer fee – the situation

AC Milan could close the signing of winger Gustav Isaksen from FC Midtjylland having reached a verbal agreement over transfer fee and personal terms.

According to Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Milan have got a deal lined up for Isaksen having reached a verbal agreement both with the Danish winger over personal terms and with Midtjylland over fee.

In the next few days the final decision will arrive, and Isaksen could be either a low-cost reinforcement for the attacking department or potentially the replacement for Alexis Saelemaekers who could be sold.

The 22-year-old has played the majority of his games for the Danish club as a right winger, scoring 23 goals and adding 14 assists in 63 appearances across all competitions.

However, he also has 13 goals and 7 assists in 37 games as a left winger, plus 11 goals and 6 assists in 24 games as a centre-forward too.

Last season, he racked up 22 goals and 9 assists in 45 games including 3 goals and 2 assists in 8 Europa League matches. He scored home and away against Lazio.
