CM: Milan eye Bologna trio worth over €20m each – counterparts could be used including Hauge

Milan are looking to Bologna to strengthen their squad for next season and they have three targets in mind in particular, according to a report.

Calciomercato.com writes that the first name on the list is Takehiro Tomiyasu, a 22-year-old Japan international capable of playing at right-back or centre-back. Last September Paolo Maldini made an attempt to sign him, and in June he could go back in. Midfielder Mattias Svanberg is also attracting the interest of the Rossoneri as is Riccardo Orsolini, with all three valued at above €20m.

Milan are aware of the expense of any operation with Bologna but have chosen to sit around a table and talk about it with their directors Bigon and Di Vaio. The parties will reconvene in a few weeks to understand if there is room for negotiation.

Tommaso Pobega – currently on loan at Spezia – and Marco Brescianini could be used as counterparts, while Jens Petter Hauge could move to the Emilia club on loan, to play continuously.
