CorSera: From forbidden dream to concrete target – Milan set sights on Dybala

Paulo Dybala seemed destined to sign for Inter at the end of his Juventus contract but the move hasn’t materialised yet. As a result, AC Milan have entered the race and could make a concrete attempt at signing the Argentine.

The playmaker’s contract with Juventus expired at the end of June and he’s now a free agent. Inter have been linked with him for quite some time and although they remain in pole position, the negotiations have experienced a slowdown.

According to Corriere Dello Sera, as cited by MilanNews, the idea of signing Dybala for Milan has transformed from a forbidden dream to a possible reality. The operation is still very difficult amid the salary demand, but not impossible.

Dybala, should he decide to join Milan, will have to agree to lower his salary compared to the offer made by Inter. On the other hand, the Rossoneri have the possibility to close the deal quickly as opposed to their city rivals.
