This morning’s edition of Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews) talks about the great performance by Milan against Lazio, who they beat 2-0 at home yesterday with two goals in the first half.

The Rossoneri provided an encouraging performance in view of the Champions League semi-final against Inter, with the first leg of that coming up on Monday.

Pioli himself got the anti-Lazio moves right with Bennacer starting as the attacking midfielder, Krunic as the man on Milinkvovic-Savic and Tonali on Luis Alberto.

Then there was Theo, who was near enough unstoppable for the majority of the game. However, one match is not enough: now Milan need consistency with their results, and the draw against Cremonese in midweek looks even more frustrating after such a comfortable win against second in the table.
