Today’s edition of Corriere della Sera (via PianetaMilan) talks about Paolo Maldini’s farewell which gave Milan a new organisational structure in which Furlani – the CEO – got more powers as did chief scout Moncada.
Now the focus is on collective work, different from that of the previous management and based more on numbers. The so-called ‘Moneyball’ system.
