A few days ago, journalist Artur Petrosyan claimed that Vlasic was ‘close to joining Milan’ on the basis of a €25m agreement. However, this report was later denied by Italian media as talks aren’t that advanced yet.

And now, on their official Twitter page, CSKA Moscow have announced that Vlasic has arrived back in Russia. He has also carried out a training session with his teammates after he was granted extra rest due to the Euros.

The Russian side clearly posted the message amid all the rumours linking the Croatian with a move this summer. In addition, it seems Milan are indeed focusing on other targets for the time being.
