The leader of the Curva Sud has sent a message to the AC Milan management about the expectations after the Scudetto win last season.

Milan ended their 11-year wait to be crowned champions of Italy last season but they are now at huge risk of following it up with a trophyless campaign, with elimination in the Coppa Italia against Torino followed by a Supercoppa Italiana defeat to Inter, and Napoli are 12 points clear in the league standings.
The new year has not been kind to the Rossoneri either as they followed a win against Salernitana to begin 2023 with a collapse against Roma, throwing away a two-goal lead, a defeat against Torino in the cup, a draw against Lecce after an awful first half, the loss to Inter in Saudi Arabia and most recently a 4-0 hammering at Lazio in midweek.
Luca Lucci – who is in charge of the Curva Sud – spoke on Instagram about the current struggles that Milan are going through.
“The shield on the chest for every Milan fan and for every MAN who wears that shirt must be a starting point, the beginning of a new cycle in Italy and in Europe that has been missing for too long and should never be seen as a point of arrival!” he began.
“You have shown us what you are capable of doing with a united spirit of sacrifice and attachment to the shirt! Good! Go back to doing it with more malice and determination! Second in the league and in the knockout stages of the Champions League, the story of this season is still to be written and everything is in our hands! Rossoneri heads held high. Always. Interista is the one who cries.”
