Di Marzio: Milan could team up with Lille to secure promising forward in future

Milan are looking for attacking reinforcements on the market and Amine Adli is one of the players that have been linked with them. However, it seems the French forward will remain in the country for now.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio (via MilanNews), despite showing serious interest and even making an offer, Adli has decided to reject Milan for now. To grow and develop as a player, he has decided to stay in France for at least one more year.

That being said, the Rossoneri aren’t willing to give up just yet as they could have a way to sign the forward in the future. Lille, as luck would have it, are also interested in Adli and could sign him this summer.

Adli’s path to Milan could thus go through Lille, who have a very good relationship with the Rossoneri thanks to the ownership situation (Elliott have helped with funds). The saga might not be over just yet.
