Tuttosport: Elliott approve Milan’s first summer signing – deal worth a potential €12m

AC Milan will soon secure the arrival of a much-needed attacking reinforcement as Divock Origi should join on a free transfer, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan) confirms that Origi is getting closer to Milan as the Rossoneri management has found an agreement with the Liverpool forward based on a three-year contract with the option for an extra season.

The salary that has been agreed is €3.5m net per season plus bonuses so therefore a deal worth a potential €14m in total as a fixed net amount, which with the Growth Decree would mean a gross amount of somewhere around €20m.

The latest development is that that the ownership have also agreed to the signing of Origi. All purchases must be approved by owners Elliott Management and the go-ahead has also arrived for the Belgian, and therefore Origi can virtually be considered a new Rossoneri player.
