From Brazil: AC Milan willing to send midfielder out on loan; would pay part of salary

Lucas Paqueta’s future with AC Milan is yet to be decided, but it looks like he will leave the club this month. Having received little playing time, the midfielder needs a change in order to avoid losing his value.

As reported by the Brazilian outlet UOL Esporte, Paqueta and his agent were clear with the Milan management: they want to leave for a good European league or a return to Brazil. For the Rossoneri, this isn’t a problem.

However, there are no offers for the player, except one from PSG valued at €20m. As stated in the report, this was rejected and the parties are now looking for a different solution. By the looks of it, a loan is the only option less.

The formula would be a dry six-month loan, as the report continues, while Milan would be willing to pay part of his salary. The youngster currently earns around €1.8m per year with the San Siro side.
