GdS: Croatian playmaker pushing for Milan move but club must open to loan formula

AC Milan are still monitoring Nikola Vlasic of CSKA Moscow and the player’s will could favour their pursuit, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan) writes that Milan are hoping to complete a double swoop in the coming days with Yacine Adli of Bordeaux and Alessandro Florenzi of Roma the targets for the central midfield and right-back departments respectively.

However, Nikola Vlasic’s name remains a hot track for Milan and the position of the player has also been clarified. The 23-year-old still wants to leave the Russian club, with both his agent and his father confirming Vlasic’s desire to leave the capital for a project that is more stimulating to him.

Milan would be happy to welcome the Croatia international, but CSKA Moscow must first agree to the formula of a loan with option to buy, something which they are yet to do.
