La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) reports this morning that Milan are looking at various different options to understand if there is the possibility of making a signing for the centre-forward role.
However, much will depend on the performance of Noah Okafor and Luka Jovic in the coming weeks: if the two were to give positive signals to Stefano Pioli, as they did for example last night in Newcastle, then the club might think about investing the budget on the defence.
The paper adds that the first name on Milan’s list for the attack is still Jonathan David, but Lille are asking for €40m. That is why Serhou Guirassy of Stuttgart – who has a €17m release clause in his contract – is gaining momentum.
Akor Adams has also been mentioned often, but Montpellier do not seem willing to sell him in January.
