AC Milan came close to securing the services of Romain Faivre in the summer, but the move broke down at the last minute. However, the winger has remained on their radar and a new attempt could be made.

In the summer, the Rossoneri even scheduled a private jet for the French winger but Brest refused to let him go, demanding a few more million. But as Faivre has continued to shine this season, Milan’s haven’t given up.
He has made 18 appearances thus far and he has registered seven goals, as well as five assists. According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), a January attempt cannot be excluded from Milan amid this.
This also comes after Brest’s sporting director (read here) stated that they will evaluate offers in January. With that said, the feeling that has filtered from the Rossoneri lately is that they aren’t interested in a January attempt.
