GdS: Milan and Roma remain potential destinations for Juventus winger as Napoli go cold

AC Milan remain one of the possible destinations for Federico Bernardeschi who will leave Juventus on a free transfer, a report claims.

La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) confirms that the winger has not renewed his agreement with Juventus, and now he has to find another team. The were talks held between Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis and the player’s agent Federico Pastorello to see if there were any margins to proceed, but they never materialised into anything economic.

The meeting ended with a stalemate that suggests little interest on the part of Napoli, but Bernardeschi could still find himself at a top Italian club because Milan and Roma remain potential destinations.

The Rossoneri are looking to strengthen their attack on the right side while the Giallorossi could sell Nicolò Zaniolo and would need to replace him. However, Bernardeschi’s will is to find a team that will play in the Champions League next season, which Milan can offer.
