GdS: Milan in talks with Real Madrid over €32m deal – solution found that pleases everyone

AC Milan could reach a compromise with Real Madrid regarding their demands for striker Luka Jovic, according to a report.

It is no secret that the Rossoneri are in the market for a new centre-forward given the doubts over the future of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, whose deal expires at the end of the month.

According to Friday’s edition of newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanLive), Milan are working on a deal to sign Jovic having received the green light from incoming manager Ralf Rangnick.

The obstacle at the moment is entirely economic, which is understandable consider Los Blancos paid €60million to sign Jovic from Eintracht Frankfurt last year.

Real cannot afford to record a loss by selling him at a bargain price this summer, but a solution has arisen. The problem could be fixed in the form of a two-year loan until 30 June 2022, like the one seen with Ante Rebic and André Silva.

However, in this deal there would be an obligation to buy set at around €32million – this way the Rossoneri will not spend a large amount immediately and Real Madrid would not lose money due to amortisation.

The two clubs are therefore discussing this option which would please all parties.
