GdS: Jimenez, Nsiala, Zeroli, Nava – the next talents Milan are ready to launch

Jan-Carlo Simic, Francesco Camarda and Davide Bartesaghi have had a taste of first team football for AC Milan, but who might be next from the Primavera to make the step up?

La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) believe that Alex Jimenez should be the next to get the call. Jimenez arrived from Real Madrid in the summer on an initial loan deal and is a right-footed full-back who is playing mainly on the left, because Bakoune is on the right.

Yesterday he was on the bench for the fourth game and for the first time he came really close to playing. Pioli had decided to send him on the pitch, then Noah Okafor got hurt and Samuel Chukwueze came into attack.

Clinton Nsiala-Makengo was on the bench for the first time in Newcastle and yesterday he was too. He is a physical central defender, he has a lot of room to grow but he is starting to frequent the first team dressing room.

It is a dressing room where Chaka Traore and Kevin Zeroli reside. The former is a quick and technical winger, while the latter is a dynamic all-action midfielder who is the captain of Ignazio Abate’s Primavera team.

Lapo Nava has been permanently with the first team, and his agents and the Milan manageent are heading towards an agreement for the signing of his pro contract. Then, the likes of Mattia Liberali (2007-born) and Christian Comotto (2008) are growing well with the Primavera and U18s respectively.
