Those two victories have given Milan fans and the players some fresh hope that Champions League qualification is back on the cards and three points against Monza would lift the Rossoneri back into the top four.

Fikayo Tomori is expected to come back into the AC Milan defence in place of Simon Kjaer, whilst Junior Messias will be the right wingback.

Rade Krunic will hold his place in midfield as Ismael Bennacer is not yet fit enough to return from injury. Krunic will partner Sandro Tonali.

La Gazzetta dello Sport report that Olivier Giroud is to be given a rest and that means Divock Origi will be leading the line, supported by Rafael Leao and Brahim Diaz.
