The Spanish centre-back arrived in the city last night, smiling and signing autographs for his new fans outside his hotel. He even gave a brief comment to the reporters who gathered, revealing his delight to be beginning a new adventure.
As MilanNews report, today GIila will experience his first full matchday as a Milanista. He has just arrived at the La Madonnina clinic in downtown Milan for the customary medical checks that will kick off this long day.
After undergoing the medical he will do his sporting fitness tests – most likely at La Ambrosiana clinic – and then will head to Casa Milan to sign his contract. When the announcement will arrive from Milan is still unknown, but it could well be as early as this evening presuming all goes smoothly.
