Today’s edition of Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan), reports that Inter owner Steven Zhang became aware of the possibility that Milan could abandon the Nerazzurri and build their own state of the art home without them through the media.
Inter were ‘initially amazed’ by the news that emerged because they learned from the press rather than directly. However, once it was confirmed in person at the meeting of the two clubs with Mayor Sala, he took note of what could happen and the idea of needing a plan for a project with Milan and one without.
Now, the Nerazzurri are preparing to plan the construction of their own new stadium too just in case the split from the project outlined in 2019 becomes official from the Rossoneri.
