As has been reported by Calciomercato.com, Kalulu looks set to extend his contract with the club despite rumours linking him with a move to a club such as Paris Saint-Germain.
He joined from Lyon and was a fairly unknown quantity which means that his current contract is not representative of his importance to the team as a starting defender alongside Fikayo Tomori who can also play at right back when needed.
His salary is currently €800,000 but that will be raised to €2 million per season with the new contract that is thought to be fully agreed upon.
the turning point in the negotiation came in mid-October when Kalulu changed his agent to Stellar Sports which Milan has great relations with.
The announcement is expected to come very soon.
