He joined from Lyon and was a fairly unknown quantity which means that his current contract is not representative of his importance to the team as a starting defender alongside Fikayo Tomori who can also play at right back when needed.
His salary is currently €800,000 but that will be raised to €2 million per season with the new contract that is thought to be fully agreed upon.
the turning point in the negotiation came in mid-October when Kalulu changed his agent to Stellar Sports which Milan has great relations with.
The announcement is expected to come very soon.

Next in the big advanced and promoted player, I hope is Thiaw. Management doing an excellent job in logic: they put young, cheap, and not experienced players on the roster to improve themself. If they improve they will have a better salary, if not – you can easily sell them and go on to the next one. The only problem is you don’t have the best team in Serie A, but you are competitive and the team will earn money to be more independent and in the future buy more prospective players.
