MN: Kessie becomes the subject of hysteria – what Pioli has demanded

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has appealed for a collective unity and as part of that he wants any displays of discontent towards Franck Kessie to be cut out, a report claims.

MilanNews writes how after the 1-0 victory against Sampdoria, the Rossoneri have regained the top of the table for the time being – though Inter have a game in hand – and the target Pioli has set is to better the 79 points amassed last season.

As part of this there is a mistake that cannot be committed again which is for everyone to be distracted by the issues of contract renewals, as happened in the Gianluigi Donnarumma and Hakan Calhanoglu cases.

Pioli has stressed the idea that the team and the environment must be heading in the same direction because the Scudetto is possible at this point, but a tough fight until the end with Inter and Napoli awaits and to win that maximum unity is needed.

Sunday at San Siro saw Kessie whistled and most likely targeted with a banner that read: “Those who love Milan prove it with facts, best regards to those who are dissatisfied.” With at least 15 games still to be played (13 in the league and 2 or more in the cup), maximum attention is needed.
