Tuttosport: Kessie chooses money over Milan’s project – Liverpool, PSG and Barcelona keen

Franck Kessie has now decided to leave Milan as a free agent and there are a number of teams interested in him, according to a report.

As Tuttosport (via MilanNews) points out, the Ivorian midfielder has made a purely economic choice and it is not one based on the strength of Milan’s project, because the Rossoneri have a clear plan which involves improving every year.

The club and its owners want to win again and this season – when considering the Scudetto race and being in the Coppa Italia semis – there is a good chance of lifting a trophy. However, this does not seem to matter to Kessie, who has chosen the prospect of a pay rise elsewhere.

The paper (via MilanNews) add that Inter (more than Juve) showed some interest, but the main admirers of the 25-year-old are abroad as Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are keen as are Liverpool and Newcastle.
