At the end of June we wrote in detail about Allegri’s plan to whip the Rossoneri into shape, and one of the things that he laid out from day one was having two training sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Despite it not being in the midday sun, the temperatures in Milan are still hot. Rafael Leao and Samu Chukwueze were left struggling to speak after yesterday’s session, as the Portuguese winger posted a video on his story.
