According to the latest reports from SportMediaset, as cited by MilanLive, Calhanoglu isn’t pleased with the recent criticism he has received from the Milan fans. Although his performances have dropped in quality, he doesn’t feel the criticism is warranted.
Many thought that the expiring contract was too distracting for the No.10, who has responded with two goals in his last three games. But even so, the playmaker is having to deal with a lot of criticism and this could result in a departure.
As things stand, as Milan have halted all of the renewal negotiations until the end of the season, Calhanoglu will be able to leave for free and he will surely have a few suitors.
