CM: Milan have ’24-48 hours’ to make Glasner decision as Rangnick fears emerge

AC Milan could lose their two primary options for the manager and technical director this weekend, with decisions needed shortly.

It has been a strenuous few weeks for Milan as they approach their third week without any real structure. Massimiliano Allegri’s departure was expected, but the firing of everyone else at the same time seems to have caused more issues.

Whilst a true reset is a good thing, the time between then is a difficult period to navigate. This is probably the biggest issue facing the Rossoneri currently: facing the unknown.

Running out of time

There are several suggestions about which candidate is in the lead and Matteo Moretto reported that Oliver Glasner may not be the primary option anymore… Indeed, it is a bit of a worry, but the concerns are not only coming from a Diavolo perspective.

As Calciomercato.com write, Glasner and his team have a few worries about the Ralf Rangnick situation and are now demanding an answer within the next 24-48 hours.

He is happy to wait for a decision to be made, but he will not wait forever, especially after giving his priority to the Milanese outfit. If they are not careful, they will lose out on another target. However, it appears everything is accelerating with regards to the coaching situation…
