Sky: Milan agree deal to sell Plizzari to Pescara

AC Milan have sold Alessandro Plizzari to Pescara on a permanent deal after his six months spent on loan at Lecce, a report claims.

As has been reported by Sky Sport (via Milan News), the 22-year-old goalkeeper will be leaving the Rossoneri on a permanent deal after coming through the youth academy.

He only made three appearances for Lecce last season after joining on a loan deal at the end of the January transfer window. He will now drop down a level and play for Pescara in Serie C.

The Italian has never managed to make a senior appearance for Milan but he has had loan spells at teams such as Ternana, Livorno and Reggina.

He has made appearances in six different Italy youth teams up to U21 level. The move to Lecce came after he had to spend the first half of the 2021/22 season recovering from a serious knee injury.
