CM: Milan still hunting for a new striker – Arsenal and Torino duo being considered

AC Milan are still on the lookout for a striker despite having three under contract at the moment with two players in the viewfinder, a report claims.

Calciomercato.com writes that the management are concerned about each of the three strikers they have at the moment. Pietro Pellegri needs time to adapt and has had his injury issues, plus he is only on loan, while Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are top centre-forwards but they are struggling with physical problems too.

That is why the search for another No.9 has not stopped as directors Ricky Massara and Paolo Maldini are looking for those famous market opportunities. Particular attention is also paid to players on expiring contracts like Andrea Belotti of Torino, who seems to be linked once a week.

In the last few weeks, Alexandre Lacazette has been offered to Milan and he is a profile of experience and quality that could be the right man for Milan, but he gets a €9m net per season salary from Arsenal while the management foresees a maximum ceiling of around €5m.
