CM: Milan are admirers of Empoli playmaker but future of Messias is key

AC Milan have been linked with a number of potential signings to improve the attacking trident behind the centre-forward, and two names are confirmed as being of interest.

Milan are expected to have to reinforce almost all departments during the summer window including the attack, and according to what Daniele Longo reported on his Instagram live, there are profiles being evaluated.

One of the new ones is Nedim Bajrami of Empoli, with the 22-year-old Albanian having illuminated Serie B in the past two seasons and having made the step up to the top flight well with 6 goals in 21 league appearances, including a goal against Milan.

As per Daniele Longo he is a name that Milan like but they are not currently negotiating for him, while the same can be said for Romain Faivre of Brest. However, a lot of what happens depends on the future of Junior Messias given he can play the role of right winger or playmaker, with the Rossoneri needing to decide whether to use their option to buy him from Crotone or not.
