The Georgian winger already has 7 goals and 8 assists in 14 matches between Serie A and the Champions League, having exploded under Luciano Spalletti’s guidance and attracting speculation that his stay in Naples could be brief.

This morning’s edition of Il Mattino (via MilanLive) reports that Aurelio De Laurentiis knows he has struck a brilliant deal for Kvaratskhelia, who he bought for €10m but could now ask for €100m+ to sell.

It is a regret for the teams who followed him but chose not to close the deal, with Milan mentioned alongside Udinese, Lazio and Chelsea as having held an interest. The newspaper adds that Kaladze had recommended him to the Rossoneri, but they chose not to pursue him because of Rafael Leao holding the same role.
