The idea of AC Milan building their own stadium without Inter continues to gather momentum, according to a report.
According to MF Dow Jones (via Calciomercato.com) the stadium project is crucial to the probably new owners Investcorp who are aware that the current idea is to share a facility together with Inter.
Once they take over at Milan they will sit at the table with the Nerazzurri to understand more, but in the Bahrain fund’s plans there is a concrete possibility to move forward independently.
In fact, their executive president Mohammed Alardhi believes there can be no sharing of what he considers a place of worship for the fans.
