AC Milan have included Alexis Saelemaekers in their offer for Roma attacker Nicolo Zaniolo but the Giallorossi are not interested, a report claims.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the Rossoneri made an offer of €25 million as well as Saelemaekers for the Zaniolo but Roma do not want to part ways with the winger and the inclusion of the Belgian midfielder is not enough to change their minds.
There is an open dialogue between the two clubs because Milan are very serious about trying to sign Zaniolo.
That being said, it seems the inclusion of Saelemaekers is a dead-end for the Rossoneri. Roma boss Jose Mourinho has made it known to the Giallorossi that he does not see the Belgian as a player that should be part of the deal.
The move does suggest that Milan will be willing to use Saelemaekers to sign other transfer targets.
