AC Milan managed to rack up their seventh win of the Serie A season as Sandro Tonali’s winner inside the final ten minutes was enough to see off a resilient Hellas Verona.
Miguel Veloso turned a Rafael Leao cross into his own net to make it 1-0 to the Rossoneri but then Matteo Gabbia diverted a Koray Gunter shot past Ciprian Tatarusanu to make it 1-1 going into the break, before Tonali latched onto an Ante Rebic pass and slotted home to win the game and make himself the hero of the Bentegodi again.
