CorSport: From Tameze to Sangaré – the five names on Milan’s list of midfield targets

With Renato Sanches having gone to Paris Saint-Germain, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are consulting a list of alternative midfield targets put forward by the scouting department.

Today’s edition of Corriere dello Sport (via PianetaMilan) has revealed some of the names that Milan are sifting through, starting with FC Midtjylland’s Raphael Onyedika who has been scouted a few times.

Another profile probed by the management is Ibrahima Sissoko, a 24-year-old playing for Strasbourg, while Ibrahim Sangaré (also 24) of PSV Eindhoven was offered to the Rossoneri too.

Among the many players followed by Milan is also Adrien Tameze who has been playing in Italy for several years and is currently at Hellas Verona. He made 38 appearances last season, amassing 4 goals and 2 assists, and he is a more experienced option given he is 28.

Finally, another player in the sights is the 22-year-old Bordeaux midfielder Jean Onana. There are still no open negotiations for him, but in the month of January there were the first contacts with the agents to get information.
