AC Milan have not yet made an offer for Spezia defender Jakub Kiwior but they are following him with interest, according to a report.

Rumours about Kiwior exploded earlier this week when a report from Goal.pl stated information has arrived from ‘one of the stadium boxes’ – as confirmed by another source – that the 22-year-old is very close to transferring to Milan from Spezia. They stated that someone close to the Poland international even added that ‘everything is done’.
Calciomercato.com report that Kiwior – who has not missed even a minute in these first seven games of the season – is attracting plenty of interest. He was one step away from joining West Ham in the summer, while Roma also enquired with his representatives.
Milan are continuing with their vision of recruiting young and talented players with the margin to grow. Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara know Kiwior well, and they spoke about the Poland international with Spezia as part of the Daniel Maldini loan talks.
The Rossoneri are following Kiwior but have not presented any offers, at least at the moment, because they are waiting to see how Malick Thiaw adapts given that he was signed from Schalke for around €6m.
