GdS: Milan facing strong competition for two attacking transfer targets

AC Milan are facing strong competition to sign either Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea or Marcus Thuram from Borussia Monchengladbach in January, a report claims.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News), the Rossoneri have got two attacking targets to pursue in the January transfer window but neither will be simple or fast negotiation.

The Diavolo have maintained their interest in Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech for many months but no it seems that competition for his signature and his superb World Cup with Morocco may increase his wage demands to around €7-8 million per season.

Another target is French forward Thuram who is able to play in multiple roles in the attack, but city rivals Inter are firmly in the frame for the Gladbach man, along with Premier League side Manchester United.

Milan must decide whether to pursue either player with a chance of missing out or quickly switch to an alternative target.
