AC Milan are preparing to go back with a third offer for Charles De Ketelaere after Club Brugge deemed their second bid to be not good enough, a report claims.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan are getting closer and closer to signing De Ketelaere. The second offer of €27m fixed part plus bonuses is not sufficient to reach an agreement with Club Brugge, but the signs on the deal are positive.
In fact, the signs were so good that the directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara plan to close the deal over the weekend. De Ketelaere is only waiting for Milan as he has an agreement over a five-year contract, and he continues to say no to Leeds United.
A new offer of €30m as a fixed base plus €5m in bonuses is planned to try and get close to the €37m that Leeds have offered. The next few hours will be very important, but the feeling is that Milan are getting closer.
