Derby fever has well and truly taken over this week. Even if the situation could have been better in the standings, Milan are very keen on securing all three points tomorrow evening. After all, it would be their first double over Inter since the 2010/11 season!

While most of the focus in the build-up to the game has been on the first teams, it would be wrong not to look at the academy as well. Indeed, as highlighted by Milan on their website a few days ago, there are a few derbies there too.

The U16 side, which is led by the former Lazio and Parma midfielder Marco Parolo, kicked off the timeline of derby clashes earlier today. Thankfully, they managed to clinch all three points after a goal from Pietro Piazza in the 33rd minute.

As you can see in the image above, the team (obviously) celebrated the win after the full-time whistle and for Parolo, life as a youth coach seems to be going quite well for him so far. Hopefully, he will continue like this.
