AC Milan and Zlatan Ibrahimovic will continue together for another season as he will soon sign a contract renewal, according to a report.

According to MilanNews, Ibrahimovic’s signature on a new one-year contract could well arrive in the next 24-48 hours and he will pen an extension until June 2023. The agreement between the parties has already been in place for some time, with a salary of €1-1.5m to which bonuses related to appearances and goals would be added.
The Swede is continuing his rehabilitation phase right next to Lake Garda but after the signing it cannot be excluded that he may move to work at Milanello, though it must be said that the current recovery program was drawn up with the Milan coaches so he is still following club guidance.
Ibrahimovic underwent surgery at the end of last season and that means he is not expected to return to competitive action until after January 2023, but he already has a list of records in sight.
